Corona measures
The 2021-2022 academic year will be organized with regard to the latest corona measures set by the Belgian government. For every programme and course the best possible teaching method is considered and we are ready to flexibly adapt to whatever occurs in the future.

Provided that the situation keeps improving (nearly 80% of the entire Belgian population is vaccinated at this moment), we therefore anticipate offering a “normal” on-campus educational experience.
Hybrid learning
The majority of classes, practice sessions and other education activities, will take place in classrooms on campus. In addition, online education will not be entirely abandoned. Students and lecturers have indicated that a number of education activities are perfectly suited for online teaching. We will continue to offer online education activities because of this positive experience.
Every UCLL programme will offer ‘hybrid learning’ which is a mix of on-campus and online education, however the proportions may differ depending on the study programme.
Nevertheless, we’ll continue to monitor conditions in Belgium closely and we are ready to switch to lower occupancy rates if necessary.
