A fair recognition and admission proces

UC Leuven-Limburg guarantees  a fair screening of your application.

Screening process

Our guideline for the recognition of your diplomas is based on the Lisbon Recognition ConventionThis European convention states that students must :

  • have access to higher education based on the diploma that they obtained
  • and which grants access to higher education in the country where the diploma was obtained.

In addition, we mainly use  UK NARIC and NUFFIC databases to screen candidates' applications.

Appeal

Should you wish to appeal the result of your admission procedure or of your request for the recognition of prior learning:

The Committee meets on a regular basis.
