A fair recognition and admission process

UC Leuven-Limburg guarantees  a fair screening of your application. Our guideline for the recognition of your diplomas is based on the Lisbon Recognition Convention . This European convention states that students must have access to higher education based on the diploma that they obtained and which grants access to higher education in the country where the diploma was obtained.  In addition, we mainly use  UKNARIC and NUFFIC databases to compare degrees, diplomas, certificates worldwide.

Should you wish to appeal the result of your admission procedure or of your request for the recognition of prior learning, you can send your complaint and completed application file to the  Committee for Appeals, interne.beroepscommissie@ucll.be  ,  while mentioning  'Appeal procedure + your name' in the subject line.  The Committee meets on a regular basis.
