As soon as you have received  a Letter of Admission, you are ready to register.   It is a two-step registration: first you complete a pre-registration online, then you must make an appointment for the actual registration on campus,  which should take place as soon as possible upon arrival in Belgium or, at least, before the start of the academic year.

Welcome days

Our Welcome Days are tailored to the needs of (international) students who are not familiar with Belgium, Leuven or our university college. We provide lots of useful information.  It is even possible to request a buddy (buddy application is being updated)  ! This buddy can help you with getting settled in our city and at our university college.

Leuven is a small yet bustling student town in the heart of Belgium and all yours to discover. To kick off the semester we organise Welcome Days in September 2019 (9-15 September) and in February 2020 (3-9 February)  before the start of the Autumn and Spring semester.  All international students are invited to attend our welcome sessions.   To have an idea of our activities during the Welcome Days, you can take a look at the  programme of our Spring 2019 Welcome Days.  Please check back on a regular basis for the most recent updates.
