Virtual multidisciplinary project on wellbeing at work, organized under the umbrella of the BUSINET health and social matters working group.
Mixed student teams tackle a wellbeing-at-work related topic:

  • Conflict management
  • (mental) health issues due to COVID19
  • gender issues
  • happy work
  • work-life balance
  • bullying
  • Develop professional skills via an international project focused on the wellbeing on the work floor (inter-professional skills, soft skills, communication skills, organization skills, self-management skills,…);
  • Develop foreign language skills and knowledge on a specific professional topic (burn-out, motivational training, absenteeism, people management,...);
  • Develop multilingual vocabulary lists and exercises.

Students from different European Higher Education Institutions: UCLL, Henallux Namur, IPS Setubal, AVANS ‘s-Hertogenbosch, Odisee Aalst, Ege Izmir, …
