Our Welcome Days will guide you through all "need to know" and "nice to know" information on Belgium, Leuven and our university of applied sciences. From a warm welcome at our campus to a city tour in which you can get to know your fellow students a little better; this week will ensure a one of a kind start of your stay with us.

Welcome Days
- 16-20 September, 2024. For whom: all students enrolled to English-taught programmes (degree, exchange, short courses). The schedule of activities and the registration link will be available on this webpage at the end of August - beginning of September.
Preparatory Days
- 12-13 September 2024. For whom: degree students of the English-taught programmes International Business Management, Marketing (track in Belgium) and Applied Computer Science. The information about programme-specific activities on September 12-13 and the registration link will follow via e-mail.
We strongly recommend all students to arrive in Leuven at the beginning of September to settle down with no rush. Need a short term stay option till the date your rental contract starts? Check here (book far in advance).
Welcome days February 2024
Yaay, you will be coming to Leuven soon! We are still working on the programme for your first week in our beautiful city, but we do expect you for a first welcome on Tuesday, February 6th at 12pm (noon) at Campus Proximus.
We invite you to join us for a drink and you will be welcomed by our general director Marc Vandewalle. Moreover you will receive a brief introduction to both our university college and city.
