Registration for the Welcome Days is compulsory. Participants need to complete this registration form no later than Sunday, 25 January (midnight). Please note that minor changes in the programme might occur.

Monday, 2 February

• 13:00 - 13:15 Arrival at campus Campus Connect. (bus 4, 15, 43, 609, bus stop Haasrode UCLL in Interleuvenlaan)
• 13:30 - 13:45 Welcome by UCLL management at Campus Connect, room D140.
• 13:45 - 16:00 Welcome Days kick-off at Campus Connect

• 20:30 - 22:30 Belgian Evening at Pangaea
  ESN Leuven and LOKO International present the Belgian Evening. Moving to a new city can be daunting, but making friends quickly makes it easier! Join us for an amazing evening filled with fun activities to help you connect with others and learn more about the country that you just arrived in, Belgium.

• 20:30 - 00:30 Pub crawl organised by ESN Leuven
  As you may have heard, Leuven is famous for its vibrant culture and lively atmosphere. Join us for a pub crawl to explore some of the best spots Leuven has to offer in just one evening! Discover the heart of the city, meet new people, and enjoy a fantastic night getting to know Leuven.

Wednesday, 4 February

• 9:30 - 10:00 Arrival on Campus Connect, block C. Check-in.
• 10:00 - 12:30 Info fair at Campus Connect, Atrium and rooms C101-110. You will meet important actors of the city of Leuven who will provide you with some helpful practicalities: people from the city hall of Leuven and our super friendly student police officers. You will also meet our ICT team (digital environment of UCLL, intranet, student account, etc.) and the Admissions and registrations teams.
• 12:30 - 13:30 Free lunch offered by UCLL
• 13:30 - 14:30 Dutch Crash Course at Campus Connect
• 15:00 - 16:00 Student stuff market by LOKO
• 20:00 - ... Social evening by student UCLL student union Insignia at Downtown Jack

Thursday, 5 February

• 14:00 - 16:00 Leuven City Tour by Insignia
• 20:30 - 23:00 Karaoke Night at Ambiorix (first floor)
  Lost at Oude Markt? Want to meet new international students in a social environment? Join ESN Leuven's Karaoke and sing your national classics, international hits or discover new musical culture. 
  Free entry, registration is appreciated

Friday, 6 February

• 15:30 - 16:30 ESN Social Run.

Saturday, 7 February

• 9:30 - ... : City trip to another Belgian city by Insignia

Throughout the academic year, several activities are organised by Insignia, Pangaea, ESN Leuven and LOKO International. More information is available on the ESN Leuven and LOKO International websites, but you may also want to follow @insignialeuven, @pangaea_kuleuven, @esnleuven and @lokointernational on Instagram. Please note that you may need to register in advance for activities by these organisations.
