Code of conduct
for an appreciative learning, living and working environment
As a university of applied sciences, we believe it is important to make every effort to prevent inappropriate behaviour. Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated in any way.
A code of conduct for an appreciative learning, living and working environment has been developed for staff and students.
This code of conduct is:
- a tool that contributes to a warm, appreciative learning, living and working environment where everyone is encouraged to be a Moving Mind.
- a vision of a culture that we want to identify with and that contributes to the prevention of inappropriate behaviour.
- based on the values of the organisation and the Moving Minds philosophy and
- linked to the strategic priorities, the performance policy (for staff) and the disciplinary regulations (for students)
- designed from a positive perspective.
This code of conduct will also be included as an appendix to the employment regulations and the Education and Examination Regulations for students.
