Do you have financial concerns, questions about your social situation, or would you simply like to talk to someone about your situation? You can contact the Social Service for a confidential personal conversation.
You can make an appointment on campus or online via Teams.
How to make an appointment?
- By phone: Call 011 180 180 on Monday, Wednesday or Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
- Online: You can book an appointment online.
- Without an appointment: You can visit the Social Service during the open walk-in hours every Tuesday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on campus Diepenbeek.
You can also submit your question through our self-service portal.
Both on-campus and online appointments via Teams are available.
Please note: The Social Service is closed during the autumn break, Christmas holidays, Easter holidays and the study-free week.
